Registration & Payments

Full payment is required to secure a spot in our programs, camps, or private lessons.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private lessons: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start date. Camps & Group Programs: No refunds or credits will be given for missed days unless due to injury (medical documentation may be required). Make-up sessions may be available at the discretion of Tennis Newport Beach.

Weather Policy

In case of rain or unsafe conditions, sessions may be rescheduled or moved indoors if possible. We will notify participants of any cancellations or changes via [email, text, website updates, etc.].

Liability Waiver

By participating in our programs, players and/or guardians acknowledge the risks associated with tennis and agree that Tennis Newport Beach is not liable for any injuries or accidents.

Code of Conduct

All players are expected to show sportsmanship, respect for coaches and peers, and follow facility rules. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Photography & Media Release

Tennis Newport Beach may take photos or videos during programs for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your or your child’s image used, please notify us in writing.
